Effective Date: September 23, 2026
Welcome to Quran Tech Academy. These Terms & Conditions explain the guidelines that apply when you visit our website, enroll in our programs, or participate in our online Quran classes. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. About Quran Tech Academy
Quran Tech Academy provides online Quran and Islamic education through live classes conducted by qualified tutors. Our programs may include Quran Reading, Tajweed, Hifz, Tafseer, Quran Understanding, and other related courses.
Course availability, teaching arrangements, and program details may change as we improve or expand our services.
2. Enrollment Information
To arrange classes, we may ask for information such as the student’s name, age, contact details, learning level, preferred course, and suitable class timings.
Please make sure the information provided during enrollment is accurate. For children and other minors, a parent or legal guardian should complete the registration process and remain responsible for the student’s participation.
3. Trial Lessons
Where offered, Quran Tech Academy may provide a trial lesson so that students and parents can become familiar with our teaching approach.
Trial lessons are subject to availability and may have specific eligibility or scheduling conditions. A trial offer cannot be repeatedly used by the same student or family for the purpose of receiving free instruction.
4. Classes and Learning Arrangements
Our classes are generally conducted online and may be provided on a one-to-one basis according to the selected program.
Students and parents are responsible for providing a suitable environment for learning. Tutor assignments may be adjusted when needed based on availability, scheduling, course requirements, or the student’s learning needs.
5. Scheduling and Missed Lessons
Class times are arranged according to the student’s selected schedule and tutor availability.
Students should join lessons on time. If a student needs to change a scheduled class, advance notice should be provided to Quran Tech Academy.
A missed lesson without sufficient notice may not qualify for a replacement. Any make-up lesson will depend on tutor availability and the applicable scheduling arrangement.
6. Fees and Payment
The applicable course fee will be communicated before enrollment.
Depending on the selected program, payments may be arranged on a weekly, monthly, or other agreed schedule. Students are expected to keep their payments up to date.
If an account remains unpaid, Quran Tech Academy may pause lessons until the outstanding amount has been resolved.
Course prices and available packages may be revised in the future. Any applicable changes will be communicated before they take effect for the relevant enrollment or billing period.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Because tutor time is reserved specifically for enrolled students, payments are generally not refundable once a course or lesson period has been confirmed.
If an unusual circumstance arises, Quran Tech Academy may review the situation individually and determine whether a credit, adjustment, or refund is appropriate.
Any special refund arrangement must be confirmed by the academy.
8. Student and Parent Responsibilities
Students are expected to participate respectfully and make reasonable efforts to complete their lessons and assigned learning activities.
Parents or guardians of younger students should help ensure that children:
- Attend their classes on time
- Have the required device and internet connection
- Participate in a suitable learning environment
- Treat tutors respectfully
- Follow the academy’s class guidelines
9. Appropriate Conduct
A respectful relationship between students, parents, and tutors is essential to a productive learning environment.
Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or deliberately disruptive behavior is not acceptable. Quran Tech Academy may take appropriate action if a student’s or parent’s conduct seriously interferes with teaching or the safety and comfort of others.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include changing the tutor, temporarily pausing lessons, or ending the student’s enrollment.
10. Online Learning and Technical Issues
Classes may use platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, WhatsApp, or another communication service selected by the academy.
Students should have:
- A working smartphone, tablet, laptop, or computer
- A reliable internet connection
- A functioning microphone and, where required, camera
- Access to the platform being used for the lesson
Problems caused by a student’s device, internet connection, electricity supply, software, or home environment are generally outside Quran Tech Academy’s control and may not qualify for a replacement class.
11. Educational Materials and Content
Quran Tech Academy may provide lesson materials, worksheets, notes, course resources, graphics, videos, and other educational content as part of its programs.
These materials are intended for the enrolled student’s personal educational use. They may not be copied, resold, publicly distributed, modified for commercial use, or published elsewhere without written authorization from Quran Tech Academy.
12. Privacy and Personal Information
We may collect information required to communicate with students, arrange lessons, process enrollments, and operate our services.
Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your understanding of how our website and services operate.
13. Academy Holidays
Quran Tech Academy observes a scheduled one-week break for Eid-ul-Fitr and a one-week break for Eid-ul-Adha.
These two periods constitute the academy’s regular annual holiday schedule. If circumstances require any additional temporary closure or schedule adjustment, students or parents will be informed where reasonably possible.
14. Changes to Enrollment or Services
Quran Tech Academy may make reasonable changes to course content, tutor assignments, class platforms, schedules, or other service arrangements when necessary.
Where a change materially affects an existing student’s learning arrangement, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change and provide an appropriate alternative where possible.
15. Ending Access to Our Services
An enrollment may be ended by the student, parent, or Quran Tech Academy.
The academy may suspend or discontinue a student’s access when there is a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, non-payment of fees, misuse of our services, or inappropriate conduct.
Any outstanding financial obligations that arose before termination remain payable unless otherwise agreed.
16. Website Use
The Quran Tech Academy website is provided for legitimate educational and informational purposes.
Visitors must not knowingly misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful software, or use website content in a way that violates applicable law.
17. Updates to These Terms
Our services and operating policies may develop over time. We may therefore revise these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
The latest version will be published on this page with its updated effective date. Continuing to use Quran Tech Academy’s services after the revised terms take effect indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
