Refund, Security & Feedback Policy

Last Updated: September 23, 2026

At Quran Tech Academy, we aim to provide a reliable and positive online Quran learning experience. This policy explains when a student may request a refund, how cancellations and leave are handled, and the guidelines students, parents, and tutors should follow regarding communication and security.

Quran Tech Academy Refund Policy

Monthly Course Cancellation

If a student decides to discontinue their online Quran classes, they must notify Quran Tech Academy through our official email before the beginning of the next month.

If we do not receive advance notice, the upcoming monthly fee may remain payable.

Once a student’s classes have started for the month, including attending a lesson or missing a scheduled lesson without notifying the administration, the monthly fee will generally not be refundable.

Extended Leave

Students who plan to take a break from classes for one month or longer should inform Quran Tech Academy through the official email before the new month begins.

If advance notice is not provided, the regular monthly fee may still apply.

Fees are not refunded or adjusted for public holidays or classes missed by a student without prior notice.

Refund Eligibility

1. Trial and Initial Learning Period

Where a trial or introductory refund period applies, eligible students may request a full refund within seven days of beginning the program.

This period gives new students an opportunity to experience our teaching and determine whether the service meets their expectations.

Students who have previously taken a trial class and chose not to enroll are not eligible to claim the same trial refund opportunity again.

After the applicable seven-day period has ended, the standard refund conditions will apply.

2. Dissatisfaction With the Service

If a student is genuinely dissatisfied with the service during the first 30 days of enrollment, they may contact us with the reason for their concern.

Quran Tech Academy will review the circumstances and may consider a partial refund where the request meets our refund requirements.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

3. Technical Problems

If ongoing technical problems on the academy’s side prevent a student from reasonably accessing or benefiting from their classes, the matter may be reviewed for an appropriate refund or adjustment.

We may first attempt to resolve the technical issue or provide an alternative learning arrangement where possible.

Technical problems originating from the student’s own device, internet connection, electricity, or home setup generally do not qualify for a refund.

4. Cancellation During the First 30 Days

Students who decide to discontinue their enrollment during the first 30 days may request a partial refund.

Requests will be reviewed based on the classes already provided, the circumstances of cancellation, and the applicable payment terms.

After the first 30 days, cancellation of enrollment generally does not qualify for a refund.

Situations Where a Refund May Be Declined

1. Breach of Academy Rules

A refund request may be rejected if the student or parent has seriously violated the Quran Tech Academy Terms & Conditions, including inappropriate conduct or misuse of our services.

2. Substantial Course Usage

Refunds may not be available when a student has already completed a significant portion of the purchased learning period or course.

3. Misuse of the Refund Process

Quran Tech Academy may decline refund requests where we reasonably believe the refund policy has been intentionally misused or repeatedly exploited.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests and related questions should be submitted through our official contact channel.

Please include the student’s name, registered contact information, course details, and the reason for the request so our team can review it efficiently.

Student and Tutor Security

1. Protecting Personal Information

For the safety and privacy of students, parents should not share sensitive personal information directly with tutors, including:

  • Personal phone numbers
  • Private email addresses
  • Social media accounts
  • Payment or card information
  • Other confidential information

Quran Tech Academy cannot be held responsible for problems arising from personal information voluntarily shared outside our official communication channels.

2. Direct Communication With Tutors

Tutors are not permitted to request or exchange their personal phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, or other private contact details with students or parents.

If a tutor requests or shares such information, please notify the Quran Tech Academy Administration Team immediately.

3. Payments and Additional Requests

Students and parents should not make private payment arrangements with tutors or discuss additional fees directly with them.

All payments, course-related charges, and financial matters should be handled through the official Quran Tech Academy administration.

If a tutor requests an additional payment or proposes a private arrangement, please contact our administration team before taking any action.

Feedback and Complaints

1. Your Feedback Matters

We value feedback from students and parents. Your comments help us improve our tutors, courses, class schedules, and overall learning experience.

If you experience a problem with a class, tutor, course, schedule, or any part of our service, please contact our administration team. We will review your concern and work toward an appropriate solution.

Quran Tech Academy appreciates your trust and welcomes constructive feedback that helps us provide better Quran education.
